hiya Everyone
Well i am new on here too :LOL: ...

Well as of Monday Morning i have started again,, this time with an open mind to.. plus i have set myself little goals with a brilliant treat for myself at the end of every half a stone.......SHOES! my fav thing in the world.

I have a bike and a treadmill1 in my spare dining room, all i need to do is just use them haha,

I got the new slimming world mag, there is some great menu's in there isnt there, i have also been on the phone to my sister and we are starting to go out on are bike's once i drop my 4yr old of at afternoon school. then i shall be off, fingers crossed

How is everyone, i cant believe i never found this place before i have been looking all over for a place i could come to for support,

Hi hunny groupwelcome to the board and it's finally great to meet you!

I think the whole mini-goal treat idea is brilliant. I did it when I was working to target and it really spurred me on to stay on track.

That's fantastic too that you feel motivated to exercise. Can you send me some of your motivation please? laughing

We're going to be starting body magic awards very soon, hopefully this week. So maybe that will encourage you to dust off that exercise bike and treadmill. I have various exercise equipment but sadly my will power and motivation is in need of a good kicking.

I think body magic might just be the thing I need to get me going

I shall pop on a pic of my new shoes when i reach the goals hehe.

cooking Well for the kids tea i have made for the 1st time ever... Home made Burger's with Wedges hehe and i have poped out some light sauces to, they seem to look think they are enjoying them, woohoodance haha

Tomorrow is shop day, so i will have a nice walk around Asda with my mum and get all my fresh veg and salad stuff, you should see the check out ladies face when i go to pay, she has a look of "How much fruit, veg, salad stuff, but i have 6 kids and a hubby hehehe so you can imagin hay.

haha love your posts! I'd want a padded cell if I had 6 kids, I have 3 if you include the other half giggle and I usually do he's a bad influence on them!

Good luck in your weight loss and shoes are my fave too! What a great idea! Although if I buy anymore the TB (toyboy) may just start throwing some out dunno Don't understand men LOL.

laughing My Husbands just gave up on saying anything about me buying shoes,, i even showed him the page in the new slimming world mag the page with all them shoes from next,, i must say i do have my eye on the red pair from Primark £12, good price,,

He has how ever just buyed me some of them Fitflops, tone your legs bottom and belly as you walk treadmill1 ,, £36 free delivery, cant wait to get them, be either later today or thur,,,,

NEW SHOES and they help woohoodance

New shoes and a weightlifting workout :LOL:

I have decided to keep a bottom diary to see if they realy work to, msnwink

You sound very determined, wish l was more determined. l am getting married in 7 weeks and am hoping to lose another half a stone by then, not sure if thats achievable coz l'm really struggling getting to my first stone, just need a bigkick every now and then!!!

The best way i have found is,, is there something you realy love, mine is shoes,

Set a goal for your Half a stone,

My other for me is my lovely white gypsy skirt, i havent had it on yet ad i dont feel comfy in it,,

My other is a picture of me on my fridge, and one of me in my wedding dress that i didnt do justice,, amazing dress and i just looked fat, that was last year,

So what i have done is started the diet, got my wounderful wedding dress upstairs, waiting for me to slim down then i shall have my picures taken in it again, my family said they would have there pics done again to with me,, thats my biggest goal..

But i am taking it one step at a time,, mini goal SHOES woohoodance .

The seven weeks you would get down if you stick like glue to it,, you will do it,,

Yes the kids are great gun's,, my 20mth old is at GGs ( greatgran) the rest school, my 4yrold is at afternoon school
