Hi all, I havent been on here for ages but still see quite a few of you on FB. Ive fallen completely off plan and photos from friday night out are proof that the weight is creeping back on again!
I cant do it alone, my will power is terrible, so im back to find my mojo with you lot.

Ive been here for a few weeks (I had never tried slimming world before) and started off well but wavered a tad and can tell what a difference a few pounds regained make but am determined to do this (again) and like you have little will power alone,
I think this site is great, being able to come and post or dip in for a boost when you need is super,
