Sue, big hugs.. your encouragement on MSN was just what I needed yesterday. It kept the resolve strong and I am glad I went ahead with my plans!. In fact your weightloss recently has been one of the biggest factors that has helped me to gain the determination to have a go myself .. so here I am - thank you!!!

Here we go then.. .planning one almighty tesco order today... plenty of free foods to help me through.. and am going to plan the weeks meals so I get a controlled amount of healthy extras etc.. First step.. on a looooong emotional journey.. but I have a feeling there will be fun on the way too...

Well done for taking the plunge, I remember the first time I went to class I'd been dreading it all day I nearly didn't go but it's brilliant and I'm so glad I did.

Hiya all - thank you so so much for the welcomes - means a lot as this journey is one heck of an emotional one for me.

Emma - I have added you to MSN so look out for me!
And yes Mr Tesco has been and I have a kichen full of fruit and veg and other free foods.

Ive been trying out a red day today... I had cereal and milk for brekky and having a bacon roll for lunch was just magical lol.. Chicken breast and veggies for tonight... yum yum.. I have also managed to put away some grapes and a satsuma for afternoon snack.. I am stuffed to bursting lol...

I think I have already become a bit of SW nerd.. I cant stop talking about it to my MIL who looks after my son during the day. I should be at work but i'm signed off at the mo with a nasty chest infection so I have had loads of time to read up on stuff and plan and log in here lol.. so poor MIL has still been coming down to help with William.. and has had to listen to me rabbiting on. lol.. Least she got a bacon roll out of me at lunch time as reward for her patience lol..

Anyway Ive had another good day... 2 days in and I am still enjoying it. I also had a nice surprise this morning when I received a really nice card in the post to cheer me on from Sue (suzywoo) so thank you again Sue - it'll stay up here in the living room and help me through harder days xxx
