| Hi my name is Vicky and i am trying to lose 4 stone before my wedding on the 14 th august 2010. Have been to slimming world once to get all the books but dont have time to go every week, so i was hoping to start a food diary and get support on here. |

|  _________________ 1st trimester u should gain roughly 5lbs! - i gained 5lbs 2nd trimester 1lb a week (13lbs) - i gained 2st 3lbs!!! OMG!!!!! 3rd trimester abou 8-11lb.

You can do your online food diary here no problem so get stuck in and our food diary monitors will get you on the right track.
