Hiya

My dear husband needs to lose about 1 1/2 stone and he WILL NOT joining a slimming club where he has to go to meetings. So, I have researched as much as poss and with advice and a couple of books I bought off email starting Slimming World for him.

He has lost about 6lbs in 3 weeks so quite good.

I will be driving you up the wall soon enough laughing

6lbs is a great loss so far and he should be very proud of himself clapping2

Tell your husband that we do have a handful of regular male members on here, so if ever he feels ready to take the plunge and come on here, he will be welcomed with open arms.

Any help or advice you need then don't hesitate to give us a shout
