| I just want to say hello, My name's Pauline but my friends call me Polly (as well as other things LOL!). I have done slimming world at a club and at home several times with good effect but always fall of the wagon! I have arthritis so struggle to exercise at times and believe it or not everytime I eat more healthily I become physically unwell, not sure why but I know it's no excuse but I give up anyway. Have just come off holiday and back to work tomorrow Have been trying to get my motivation going for last few weeks and plan to start plan again next week after I've had time to get back to normal (if you could say I was ever normal!). Look forward to getting to know you all! Polly xx |

I lost 5 stone on my own in the mid 90s, have put half that back on but need to loose it for life now. Changing my habits (rather than eating diet food) is what I need - especially if I'm to make sure my kids have a healthy future.

| I usually do more green days when done the plan before, but have cancer treatment for my arthritis and I generally feel more physically unwell anyway these days but think it could have been something to do with the previous diet attempts also. But sometimes having easier joints is worth it as at least I can move! Its a lesser of 2 evils! Still getting motivation to start next week have been shopping stocking up on some things today though. Will get stuck in with your support too! |
