| hi everyone! my name is michelle and i'm new to slimming world support! a few of my friends from group really rave about the support and encouragement they get from this site-fingers crossed i can feel the same. i'm 39yrs old-tommorrow as it happens-and struggling to loose the last stone to get back to being a target member. i don't recall it being this tough in the past...must be my age  |

|   happy birthday for 2moro & good luck with getting back to target!!! _________________ 1st trimester u should gain roughly 5lbs! - i gained 5lbs 2nd trimester 1lb a week (13lbs) - i gained 2st 3lbs!!! OMG!!!!! 3rd trimester abou 8-11lb.
