hello everyone,my name is emma. hiya
i started slimming world last night,couldnt stay to class this week but will be staying every week from now on.
this site looks great,will be trying to find way around it today.
i need to loose about 6 stone sad ..i have done slimming world before about 4 years ago and i found it great,this time im going to see it thorough and get myself healthy.

the race for life went great....it didnt start til 7pm and the weather was lovely..felt really proud of myself thumbs up (that doesnt happen very often)

ACHIEVEMENTS & GOALS : My goal is to get into all the lovely clothes I bought deliberately too small, thinking that would make me succeed. How wrong I was. I would like to get down to 11 stone and everything will fit. If I could get to between 10st 7lbs and 10st 10lbs, I would be a happy bunny indeed, but my target is 11.00st.
