| Hi Jo and to the group.. First of all.......Slow down!!! I can't keep up!! Free foods are free foods, eat until you are full, You must eat at least one Healthy Extra A and two Healthy Extra B. Ready made sauce should be synned, you will find the syn values in the SW directory or ask on here, someone always knows. Jacket potatoes are my fave, you can have cheese (free if its a HEA and its low fat but only 42g.) Tuna, (free on red day in brine) Chilli, i'm sure there's a SW recipe somewhere for that, and so on. Weetabix you can have 2 as a HEB, shredded wheat 28g as a HEB although thats for the little square ones. Omelettes are free if fried in frylight, if you put veg in its still free, bacon added is free on red day Good luck with it Jo, go and have a look at the food diaries and other threads on here if you can, pick up some ideas. Full access will take a few days so don't worry if you can't get in some of them. |

| and welcome. The plan's really easy to follow, just give yourself a couple of weeks to get used to it and shout up as much as you need till you get your head round it. I do myself a little 'chart' each day where I write down everything I eat and all my HE's and my syns so I can keep track of what I've had and don't accidentally have too many HE's. That might help you at first. Good luck with it! Charlotte x _________________

| Hi Jo - welcome! You can eat until you're full...it's a great plan! I have an omlette for brekkie everyday too - made with fryspray - and this way I still have my healthy extras for later in the day (sandwich at lunch etc). I buy cans of mixed beans in tomato sauce and have these on potatoes too, also cottage cheese (check syns in this - but it generally isn't many), you can make a veggie chilli and have this, you can also buy some low-synned canned food - Chick Pea Dhal, and have this too. You'll love it on this site - lots of people who don't go to a group and everyone is happy to help! xx |
