hiya,

My name is Caroline, i'm 30 and live in a village just outside Norwich. I am married to Adam and we have a 19 month old son called Dylan.

I joined a sw class on monday and have been searching hi and lo for a forum such as this one to help me on my journey as i find that these really help.

I would like to lose around 20lb to get to my pre-baby weight but this may change along the way. I definitely want to lose a stone.

I look forward to chatting to you in the future months ahead.
