Hi all im back to start again..dont know why i stopped doing this the first time because it was working but any how im back and more determined i have just wrote out my weeks food diary and am going shopping in the morning to buy the things in for the week so no excuses Smile
i have a couple of Qs i just cant seem to get somethings..
do we have to have red day green day red day etc?
and
whats the extra easy free days?

Hi Lisa - welcome back!

You can do either Red or Green - you don't have to alternate, you can do all Red or all Green weeks / months! The Extra Easy plan is new - you have 1 HEB and 1 HEA and then the free foods from both Red and Green days are free...so you could have syn free chips and a chicken breast. The important thing to remember is to eat lots of superfree foods - fruit, veggies that a free on both Red and Green - try and have at least 1/2 of your intake as superfree food. There are lots of threads on the EE plan if you have a look. You can still also have syns too. It works really well for some people, but some find they don't lose as much weight...however if you eat enough superfree food you should be okay!

Changing my habits (rather than eating diet food) is what I need - especially if I'm to make sure my kids have a healthy future.
