Hi everyone - it is great to be here! hiya

I had been looking for a SW support group for a while, and found the friendly folks over on MSE (one of whom directed me over here)

So.... to catch you all up, I joined on 16/4/08, and so far have lost 10.5 lb.. thumbwink

got a two week holiday in france just around the corner though.... hoping to not pile it all back on again
