| Hi great to see you here.xx I know the thought of losing 5stone is a bit daunting but take it a bit at a time. dont be in a rush to lose the weight,enjoy the plan. I never think of it as a diet-its a healthy eating plan i can follow for life. good luck and if you need any help just ask.xxx _________________

|  Nicky really is an inspiration and as you look around th site you'll see plenty of people on here that have done really well so far. I'm here for the long haul too. The support on here is fantastic. I agree with Nicky about it bing about healthy eating. I eat a lot more fresh food than I used to and drink more water and feel better as a result. I am convinced that if you eat junk you crave junk and is definitely the case when I slip up! I know you probably complete a food diary for your consultant, but by completing one here you can get feedback the same day rather than waiting a week. I find this invaluable. Good luck for your journey x |

| thank you everybody... so many success stories, I would be a fool to lose heart this time. Weighed myself this morning and I have lost 6lbs on my scales, so hopefully this is replicated at SW! Fingers crossed!  |
