Hi all, I'm Becks, stay at home mum to my two pre school girls and we live in the heart of the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. I have tried various diets with varied success but never seemed to be able to stick at it. I know of friends, family members and fellow former weight watchers members who have had really good success with SW so I have decided to give it a go!
I find a forum is essential for asking questions, getting support and I look forward to getting to know everyone, getting smaller and fitter and being able to help out others when I have found my feet!

welcomeani to the group. The SW plan is a great long term way to lose weight, easy to stick to but if you slip up, easy to get back on plan. Good luck. thumbs up

Where abouts in Lincolnshire are u? I also in in Lincolnshire!!

1st trimester u should gain roughly 5lbs! - i gained 5lbs
2nd trimester 1lb a week (13lbs) - i gained 2st 3lbs!!! OMG!!!!!
3rd trimester abou 8-11lb.

I always say the same thing, but here it goes, try doing a food diary on here, the diary monitors are great and it's fantastic to get daily feedback.

Yup, I know Coningsby! I used to work for the MOD and visited the RAF base a few times. I'm in Helpringham, near Heckington. It is a bit of a back water but very beautiful!
