I am 14.9 at the mo and a size 16.

Hello all

Well, what can i tell you - i followed WW for 2 years, did well and lost 4 stone but then it just stopped working and i put a stone back on!! havnt been able to get focused again on WW so decided to trysomething different ad here i am - had my first weigh-in last night and lost 3lb and cant believe how much i ate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
am loving the extra easy and just loving this plan, im not hungry, im not dreaming about food and i can eat what i want really - its fab!! hoping for a stone for Xmas so watch this space.

I couldn't stick to WW for very long all that counting points drove me mad, but I love SW I really think it's a plan you can stick to forever.

woohoodance Congratulations on your loss so far. I too did WW and found the same thing, SW is easier to integrate into your lifestyle even after you've got to target so hopefully no gain when you stop.

Good luck with further losses, i'm sure you can make a big difference before christmas.

1st trimester u should gain roughly 5lbs! - i gained 5lbs
2nd trimester 1lb a week (13lbs) - i gained 2st 3lbs!!! OMG!!!!!
3rd trimester abou 8-11lb.

Montimoo and :welcome: - WD on your loss so far, if you keep that up you'll certainly get to your target by Christmas . I did WW years ago without much success - SW is soooooo much easier, not like you're on a diet at all.

and well done. I love the fact that I am never hungry doing SW and could stick to it for the rest of my life. That is the first time I have ever said that about an eating plan!
