Hi all......
So glad I found this board, have been reading up on it & reckon I will get alot of support from you all & hopefully I will be able to help you in some way.
About me:..... I've live in Coventry & I've been doing slimming world for about 18months & so far lost just under 4 & 1/2 stone. But at the moment I'm struggling to shift that last 7lb. Even being 100% on plan won't budge it. I won't be defeated as I really enjoy SW. After yo-yo dieting for years it was so nice to do SW. Gosh I wish'd I'd started it sooner. I guess better late than never eh?! . Hope to chat more to you here

Hi there, a HUGE well done on the weight loss so far, thats fab.
Stick around because here is so much support, tips, ideas and everything else that I'm sure you'll shift the last 7lb soon.
Might be a good idea to start a food diary thread, its great because other member might pick up on something you havent thought of.
