| I struggle to drink enough water to be honest, so I make sure I always have syn free squash at home and in work...I find it much easier to take that way! Saying that, I was out last night and had a few wee drinkies so somehow I've managed to drink almost a litre already To be honest, the only dairy I had to cut out was cheese, I already used soya milk/spread etc so it's been relatively pain free. My mate came over on Thursday for a Dominos and to watch the BB launch (sad I know!) and I thought I was doing so well getting my pizza without cheese...until I discovered bits of bacon on my pizza! I was horrified! xx _________________

| Oh noooo - bacon on the pizza! Hope you hadn't eaten any, Dita I had a similar one where a friend made cheese pasta and I found little pieces of ham in it. When I asked if it was ham, she said because they were only tiny bits she didn't think it would matter! (And I watched the BB launch night too - curiosity got the better of me ) Hope you had a good night out - one way of getting your fluids in |
