newbie Hello everyone,

I am officially introducing myself,as requesred! My name is Kelly ( Shocked no,really,it IS) and I have large breasts.....I'm currently attempting to lose weight with SW and sometimes I do,and sometimes I don't.....I would like to lose the 2 stones I have gained since becoming clinically depressed, giving up work and taking up xmas cake and easter eggs (which I don't even like Embarassed really confused !).Basically I did weigh about 9 st 2 - 9 st 5 then gradually over about 6 months went up to 11 st 5.That was my reality check ner-ner .That and having to 'do up' my largest jeans using a hairband....I managed to lose half a stone on my own, just cutting back, etc but was still a little depressed so having lots of cals in alcohol so decided to give SW a go.Was rather half-hearted for the first few weeks but have definately got into 'the SW zone' now.Dropped 2 lbs last week,1 this week (I weigh-in on a monday) and reckon I can do another 2 lbs next week. That's the plan anyway....!

Not sure what else I should add really, not had time to get round the whole site yet, still getting used to how it all works.I post on another SW forum, not sure if I'm allowed to mention which one specifically but anyone on a budget or trying to save money probably gets very good advice from there..... YAY !

UUUM,I'm 31,engaged,I have 2 kids,Alex - 14 and Lola - 10 and am currently 'a full time homemaker' cooking runround shop giggle .That's all for now, folks but I'll be trawling around annoying you all very soon I'm sure!

Best of luck to anyone with weigh-in tomorrow or the next few days,

Kelly. XXX

welcometogroup hi kelly and welcome to a brilliant site.

Well done on your weight loss so far, thats great hun.

Following the SW plan, doesn't need to be expensive at all, (gawd, I should know),

Basically stock up on lots of pasta, potatoes, mullers, and bovril. Don't forget to include loads of fruit and veg, i have mine from the market.

Good, lean cuts of meat are much cheaper from the market than tesco's too.

Fill up on tons of 'free' foods, so resisting the temptation of attacking the goodie cupboard.

Eat and be merry, you will NEVER feel hungry with SW, its not rocket science or a diet, just a healthy eating plan that will change your life for ever.

Good luck with you next weigh-in kelly, it sounds as though your doing all the right things, but please do ask if there's anything you need to know.

(I symapthize with the big booby thingy, I went from a 44 to a 34 and have never felt better, my only regret is, that I didn't do it years ago)
