Bad Day

At class on Thursday I was really pleased to have only gained 1/2lb. I hadn't been to class for the previous two weeks and had had a very stressful time. Had a really good day yesterday despite going out for lunch and having a cold that was making me feel terrible.
Then today I got up feeling like death . I just didn't have the energy to do anything so I have just eaten whatever was easiest - no way I can call it anything like sticking to plan. Suppose I will just have to put it down to being ill and hope I feel up to getting back on track tomorrow.
OH is no help either, I suggested he cooked tea, even said I would give detailed instructions as long as he physically did it. What did he do? Said yes he would sort tea and called the takeaway!
