hi do you go to class?

do you know what plan youre following? Eg Extra easy.

syns youre allowed 5-15, most aim for around 10 but never worry if they use less or a few more.

on Extra easy youre allowed all fruit and veg, lean meat, potatoes, pasta, rice.

with slimming world they like you to bulk up your meals with fruit and veg.

Theres loads more things that are free, its best to get a food optimising book. its got all the basics in.

I just spotted youre welcome thread and noticed youll be going to group on Tuesday.

Im sure youll be directed towards EE as its SW latest plan.

For now I would just try and up your water, fruit and veg intake.

Its best when you have the book as it explains it all to you.
